Job Summary
Lead end-to-end execution of software development projects across international, cross-functional teams, defining scope, timelines, and processes using Agile or hybrid methodologies. Facilitate communication between clients and project teams while collaborating with Delivery and Engineering managers on resource planning and priorities. Act as the primary contact for client executives, driving change management initiatives and tracking delivery metrics to improve internal practices. Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and foster a feedback culture that guides team members toward professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software development or technology consulting
- Have a proactive, ownership-driven, and focused on continuous improvement mindset
- Strong working knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and practical experience applying them in distributed team environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage performance, and nurture a culture of accountability and excellence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to interact effectively with executive-level stakeholders
- Proven experience managing organizational or process change across multi-team environments
- Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle
- English Proficiency: Upper-intermediate or higher
- comfortable in international client communication
