Job Summary
Experienced Project Manager for high-end residential construction in New York, NY. Direct responsibility for assigned luxury residential projects from preconstruction through construction phases. Report to senior management, oversee budget management, and manage all project documentation. Handle subcontractor contracts and provide project reporting and regular coordination with project staff, design team, and customer.
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 years of project management experience on high-end residential work with a general contractor or construction management firm
