Job Summary
Lead planning, coordination, and execution of customer-owned clinical projects from kickoff through successful delivery. Build and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables while serving as the central point of contact for customers and internal teams. Monitor scope, identify bottlenecks, and drive milestone adherence to support on-time delivery. Coordinate with Supply Chain on deliveries and Commercial Operations on invoicing, organizing meetings and preparing status reports. Escalate blocking issues to support timely decision-making and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering, business, or related discipline
- 3 to 5 years of project management experience
- Experience leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex, regulated environment
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, CDMO, or other regulated manufacturing environments
- PMP or other project management certification
- Advanced degree in a related discipline
- Experience working directly with customers or external partners
