Job Summary
Review and clean advisor practice data for Hightower's Client Portal, addressing duplicates, missing values, and incorrect entries. Define cleanup scope, validate results for accuracy, and collect data by uploading photos, configuring settings, and integrating information into the portal using Salesforce, Box, Asana, and financial planning tools. Assist in testing to ensure correct data display and advisor experience, then update stakeholders on project progress. Exhibit high-level customer service with clients and partners with vendor resources to ensure seamless operations and process improvements. This 6-month contract role based in Chicago offers up to $50/hour with a hybrid schedule (onsite Monday through Thursday, remote Fridays).
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry
- You are a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident or possess other unrestricted U.S. work authorization and will not require sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or anytime in the future

- Wealth Management preferred
- A developed understanding of the operational details of the advisory business (e.g., RIA) functions (IT, Operations, Compliance)
- The ability to understand the client-facing perspective of our client portal
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- The ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly, while working independently
