Job Summary
Project Manager (Cleanroom) responsible for defining and supporting project success criteria (time, cost, quality, performance), developing and maintaining detailed project plans, monitoring finances against budgets with the project quantity surveyor team, managing change control and documentation, leading cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective stakeholder communication, governance and reporting, and engaging clients and consultants throughout all project stages. Requires degree in construction/project management or related discipline and at least 5 years of experience delivering industrial/semiconductor construction projects. Emphasizes leadership, formal reporting, compliance with quality, safety, health and environmental standards, and opportunities to develop new business with existing clients.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Construction, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing industrial / semiconductor related construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
- Proven experience leading small to medium-sized construction projects of low to medium complexity.
