Project Manager - Claims Transformation Team

Job Summary
Lead meetings with cross-functional teams to communicate progress, outcomes, and risks clearly to stakeholders while coordinating project activities across business experts, key sponsors, IT delivery teams, and external vendors. Manage project planning, scheduling, documentation, and periodic reporting with high quality and accuracy, analyzing current-state business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and standardization. Support change initiatives by preparing training materials, facilitating sessions, and assisting with UAT and system testing for the European Claims Transformation portfolio. Requires minimum 5 years of project management experience, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency in MS Office. Full-time role with hybrid work expectations of at least three days onsite per week.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management or project delivery
- Experience working on complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, or a related field
- Proficient English
- Strong MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week
Desired Qualifications
- ideally in a technology consultancy firm or highly structured organization
- Additional European language skills such as Italian, French, Spanish, or German
- Project Management certification such as PMP, Prince2, or Agile
- Experience using Microsoft Project or similar planning tools
- Previous experience in the insurance industry
- Understanding of data visualization best practices and tools
- Ability to manage recurring reporting tasks independently and deliver under tight deadlines
- Enthusiasm for improving reporting processes and reducing manual effort
