Job Summary
Lead installation projects from inception to close-out, acting as the single point of contact for clients, vendors, and the internal team. Plan, coordinate, and oversee all tasks, critical dates, and third-party interfaces while managing General Contractor relationships and construction meetings. Direct field operations, manpower, and installations to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and schedules, and prepare installer work orders. Mitigate safety concerns, lead toolbox talks, and manage subcontractor payments and contracts. Complete punch lists, issue warranty files, and analyze design and cost trends to improve future processes. Requires independent work with minimal direction, travel to various sites, and a monthly car allowance.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or 2-5 years' experience in general contracting, construction management, or construction administration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong creative and critical thinker
- Self-Starter
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Strong relevant computer skills, including proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Must be able to comply with the Sexual Harassment policy
- Must be able to pass a background, drug, and motor vehicle check
- Must be committed to working safely while accomplishing all tasks
- Up to date knowledge of requirements for necessary equipment and training per job
