Project Manager

Initiate and maintain liaison with prime clients to facilitate construction activities for water/wastewater plants, factories, and data centers. Establish project objectives, policies, and performance standards while directing project engineers, superintendents, and foremen. Confers with staff to outline work plans, assign duties, and arrange recruitment for each project phase. Direct and coordinate project personnel to ensure work progresses on schedule and within budget, reviewing status reports and modifying plans as needed. Monitor construction through administrative direction of on-site superintendents to ensure safety and adherence to funding parameters. Manage financial aspects of contracts and represent the company in owner progress meetings. Lead daily field coordination meetings and monthly safety kickoffs while mentoring team members.
