Job Summary
Project Manager - Civil for a leading General Contractor in Calgary overseeing civil/infrastructure projects up to $20M under CMAR with self-executed scopes. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, procurement, subtrades buyout, progress billing, and change orders through the project lifecycle. Reports to a Senior PM and has opportunities to progress to Senior PM within ~2 years. Requires experience across civil infrastructure projects from inception to completion, with 5-7 years at a Civil Contractor and at least 2 years in a PM capacity.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience managing multiple civil infrastructure projects from inception to completion
- 2+ years in a project management capacity
- experience with Civil Contractor / general contractor environments
- ability to manage client relationships, procurement, subtrades, progress billing, and change orders
