Job Summary
Oversee full-cycle project execution from initiation through closeout for administrative and housing building projects. Manage resources, contracts, schedules, and budgets to ensure project success while collaborating with engineering, procurement, and regulatory teams to ensure compliance. Monitor cost, time, and scope performance indicators, lead corrective actions, and provide leadership in resolving technical and operational issues. Deliver regular progress reports to internal stakeholders and senior management. Requires 15 to 20 years of experience with a minimum of 7 years in senior project leadership on civil projects, including prior Saudi Aramco approval. Candidates must hold recognized certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 and possess a deep understanding of GCC construction regulations and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- GCC Experience
- Bachelors in Civil Engineering
- 15 to 20 years overall experience
- minimum of 7 years in a senior project leadership role on civil projects
- Prior Saudi Aramco approval as a Project Manager
- relevant Management Certifications
- Deep understanding of GCC construction regulations and safety standards
- Expertise in project controls, budgeting, and scheduling
