Job Summary
Lead project delivery from inception to handover, managing programme, cost, quality, and safety across site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. Front the client, consultants, and stakeholders weekly while controlling procurement schedules, budgets, and resource planning. Proactively identify programme slippage early and implement recovery measures to protect margins. This permanent, on-site role in Limerick requires 5+ years of project management experience in construction or civil engineering, with a delivery track record in public sector, civils, or building. Candidates must hold a degree or HNC/HND in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, along with Contract Administration certification (PWC, RIAI, FIDIC, or NEC). Valid Safe Pass and CSCS are mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years' project management experience in construction or civil engineering
- Delivery track record in at least two of: public sector, civils, building, private/residential
- Contract administration — PWC, RIAI, FIDIC or NEC
- Degree or HNC/HND in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
- Safe Pass
- CSCS
- You must be based in Ireland
- valid working rights in Ireland
