Job Summary
Project Manager and Civil Engineer for Water Infrastructure leading planning, design, and delivery of water, wastewater, and recycled water projects in the Wasatch Front. You will provide technical leadership and oversee multidisciplinary teams, manage staffing, budgets, schedules, and cost estimating, support business development and client relationships, ensure contract objectives, and mentor engineers and technical staff. Responsibilities include project delivery from planning through construction, review of plans and reports, and collaboration with municipalities and stakeholders to deliver infrastructure solutions in Utah. Must have PE license in Utah and 10+ years of relevant experience; preferred skills include master planning, hydraulic modeling, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Bluebeam Revu.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Utah
- 10+ years of experience managing water infrastructure projects
- Experience delivering water and wastewater projects throughout the Wasatch Front
- Experience with pump stations, large-diameter pipelines, water production wells, flow control facilities, and reservoirs
- Experience supervising engineers and designers
- Strong knowledge of technical specifications, engineer's estimates, scheduling, and proposal development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
