Job Summary
Join Ardurra as a Project Manager / Civil Engineer to manage and design diverse civil engineering projects, including industrial, residential, commercial, and drainage/stormwater. You will oversee project life cycles from proposal to closeout, ensuring quality, fiscal responsibility, and client satisfaction. The role requires frequent collaboration with engineering departments and participation in project proposals and technical report preparation. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, a minimum of 10 years in project management, and a registered Arizona PE. Strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in engineering software are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, or related field, from an accredited university or college
- 10+ years of related professional experience in Project Management and civil engineering/land development
- Registered Arizona Professional Engineer (PE), or ability to obtain via reciprocity
Desired Qualifications
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and Bluebeam
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Highly self-motivated, able to work both independently and in a collaborative environment
