Job Summary
Civil Engineer Project Manager with at least 10 years of site design/land development experience, leading a project team and managing multiple residential, commercial, industrial, or institutional development projects in the Baltimore–Washington area. Responsibilities include site layout and design, utility design (storm drain, water, sewer), ADA-compliant site grading, stormwater management, and erosion and sediment control; develop diagrams, visual aids, and design specifications; ensure projects meet deadlines and provide strong analytical and communication support. Requires MD Professional Engineer license and proficiency with AutoCAD; MicroStation and Civil 3D experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- MD Professional Engineer license is required
- Experience with project management
- Experience with AutoCAD
- Working knowledge of industry software (Civil 3D, MicroStation preferred)
