Project Manager - Civil Engineer

Job Summary
Conduct on-site field investigations to complete take-offs and evaluations of buildings and site improvements for community associations and commercial real estate projects. Develop 30-year capital reserve plans including life expectancy and cost estimates, then meet with associations and homeowners to review and finalize Reserve Studies. Perform construction administration tasks such as roof, facade, and paving repairs, while executing commercial due diligence inspections including Property Condition Assessments and Phase 1 Environmental Assessments. Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and engineers regarding structural evaluations and project findings. Travel routinely to project locations within the region. Requires a PE license, five years of engineering experience, and ability to climb, crawl, and balance on roofs. Base salary plus quarterly performance bonuses; health, 401k, and tuition reimbursement available.
Required Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain one within six months
- Valid Driver's license with a good driving record
- Minimum five (5) years of related civil or structural engineering or construction experience
- Bachelor's degree in civil, construction, architectural, or related engineering from an accredited engineering program
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crawl, climb and balance
- Willingness to perform inspections in on ladders and roofs as needed
- Ability to work on several projects simultaneously
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe and AutoCAD
- Willingness to travel to project locations within the region
- Ability to obtain a Professional Engineering (PE) license within six months
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
