Project Manager - Civil Engineer

Job Summary
Manage and design civil engineering projects, including public and private sectors with a focus on industrial, residential, commercial, and drainage/stormwater systems. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and oversee budgets, schedules, and client relationships to ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery. Prepare proposals, scopes, fees, and respond to RFPs, while supervising design activities that require coordination across disciplines. Support construction administration tasks by reviewing submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Civil Engineer (PE)
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in civil engineering and project management
- Strong communication skills
- Leadership skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Highly self-motivated
- Collaborative
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in Bluebeam
