Job Summary
Lead innovative land development projects enhancing communities, including parks, stormwater systems, and more. Manage and design civil engineering projects in both public and private sectors, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, oversee budgets, schedules, and client relationships. Prepare proposals and scopes, supervise design activities, and support construction administration by reviewing submittals and RFIs. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, 5+ years of experience, Arizona PE license, strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Civil Engineer
- 5+ years of experience in civil engineering and project management
- Arizona PE license (or ability to obtain via reciprocity)

Desired Qualifications
- Familiar in reviewing and understanding drawing from AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Microsoft Office proficiency
