Project Manager - Civil

Provide overall construction management from pre-construction to completion, including design, coordination, budget, and schedule. Prepare regular, timely, and accurate billings for Owners and ensure timely payment of subcontractor billings. Monitor, interpret, and forecast project cost reports to maintain positive cash flow while meeting with Owners and Architects to communicate concerns and best interests. Lead project meetings with internal and external parties to monitor team development, submit project reports to the Area Manager, and escalate risks. Requires a construction-related degree, minimum 8 years of Civil Infrastructure experience, and working knowledge of scheduling and contract software.
