Job Summary
Manage multi-discipline project teams for highway, transit, rail, and site projects using design-bid-build, design-build, and CMGC delivery methods. Develop and maintain client relationships while actively pursuing new project opportunities to secure work. Provide staff supervision to nurture professional growth and foster a collaborative team spirit. Assist group leadership in implementing strategic growth plans, including market development and financial goals. Requires a Licensed Professional Engineer in Minnesota with 8+ years in transportation design, proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D or MicroStation/Geopak, and strong organizational skills. Based in Minneapolis, MN, with a salary of $100,000–$140,000.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Minnesota or have the ability to become licensed within six months of hire
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization, technical and analytical skills
- Excellent supervisory and team building skills
- Minimum 8 years of experience with an emphasis in managing transportation projects, including preliminary and final design
- Proven ability to manage projects using AutoCAD/Civil 3D and/or MicroStation/Geopak
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for new employer visa sponsorship now or in the future
