Job Summary
Lead end-to-end execution of civil construction projects across the North India region, including planning, scheduling, procurement, and close-out. Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, and risks while coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure safe, on-time, and compliant delivery. Review engineering drawings, BOQs, and specifications to verify compliance, monitor site progress and safety practices, and prepare status reports and performance metrics for senior management. Requires 14-18 years of experience and proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- 14-18 years of experience in civil construction project management
- Strong understanding of project planning
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies
- Strong understanding of contract management
- Strong understanding of budgeting
- Strong understanding of vendor management
- Strong understanding of project controls
- Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects
- Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary project teams
- Proficiency in Primavera P6
- Proficiency in MS Project
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in project reporting systems
