Job Summary
Project Manager responsible for leading civil construction projects from pre-construction through final completion; will perform site visits, assist with bid preparation and project startup planning, coordinate mobilization, permitting, procurement, scheduling, and logistics; manage budgets, forecasting, cost tracking, invoicing, and reporting; oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders; ensure safety, compliance with contract specs, and documentation accuracy; lead meetings, mentor team members, and foster a safety-forward, high-performing culture. Requires 3–10 years of PM experience in civil/mining, ability to read drawings and contracts, proficiency with MS Office and PM software, strong leadership and communication skills, and a valid driver’s licence with willingness to travel to project sites; based in Cranbrook, BC with regular travel to sites.
Required Qualifications
- 3–10 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in civil construction or mining
- A valid Class 5 driver’s licence and willingness to travel to project sites as required
