Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a project manager in charge

- Three reference civil projects greater than $10-Mil in construction value
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial minded

- Proven track record in managing complex civil projects
- Ability to supervise and mentor team members
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience with Lean practices
