Job Summary
Lead the successful delivery of capital works and infrastructure projects from planning through completion, managing budgets, programmes, contracts, and subcontractor performance. Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and delivery partners while identifying risks and efficiencies to maximise outcomes. Champion health, safety, quality, and environmental excellence across every project. This commercially minded role requires experience delivering projects valued at $1M+ and proficiency with NZS3910 contracts. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering construction, infrastructure or capital works projects valued at $1M+
- A qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline
- Strong commercial, contractual and financial management skills, including experience working with NZS3910 contracts
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership and communication skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality and performance

- All applicants must pass a drug and alcohol test
- All applicants must provide two references
- All applicants must consent to a Criminal Record Check
