Job Summary
Project Manager responsible for full implementation lifecycle for government agency clients, from contract kickoff through data refinement, environment launch, and client handoff; serves as primary client-facing contact with state DOTs, MPOs, and city/county engineers to drive multi-stakeholder implementations on time and in scope, coordinating with engineering for environment builds, data readiness, and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable time-to-value.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in an enterprise SaaS implementation, professional services, or technical consulting environment
- Demonstrated ability to own complex, multi-stakeholder projects end-to-end with hard deadlines
- Comfort reading and working within SOW/contract language, identifying scope risk without legal support
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, building process where there isn't one, not just following it
- Strong written and verbal communication, ability to represent Citian professionally in front of government clients
- Experience managing projects in a formal PjM tools (TaskRay, JIRA, Monday, ClickUp, or equivalent)
