Job Summary
Lead planning, coordination, and execution of a large-scale subscriber migration programme acting as the central coordination point across technical, operational, commercial, customer, and partner workstreams. Establish programme governance, maintain visibility of risks and issues via RAID logs, and ensure key stakeholders remain aligned throughout migration readiness, execution, and post-migration stabilisation. Coordinate sequencing and cadence of activities across domains, manage cross-workstream dependencies, and facilitate regular cross-functional meetings and checkpoints. Liaise with the recipient network provider to align execution windows and milestones, while consolidating workstream inputs into integrated reporting and tranche-level summaries. Track progress against the agreed migration plan, escalate unresolved matters, and capture lessons learned for the Client.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in programme management, project management, PMO or transformation delivery
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-workstream programmes
- Experience in telecommunications, network migration, customer migration, digital transformation or similarly complex operational programmes
- Demonstrated experience coordinating technical and operational workstreams
- Strong experience in programme governance, RAID management, status reporting and executive stakeholder management
- Experience coordinating multiple internal and external stakeholders, including third-party service providers or technology partners
- Strong understanding of programme dependencies, critical paths, milestones and execution sequencing
- Strong ability to identify issues early, drive follow-up actions and escalate matters appropriately
