Project Manager

Lead and manage all internal cross-functional teams during the project lifecycle for client projects at ChukMedia. Develop holistic project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resourcing needs, for both retainer and incremental project work. Lead and schedule project-related meetings such as kickoffs, brainstorms, and deliverables reviews. Drive internal communication and collaboration on multiple projects with a variety of stakeholders. Own project-related contracts, including statements of work (SOWs), vendor service agreements, releases, etc. Communicate directly with clients around budget, timelines, process & deliverables. Communicate with Client Service leads on project progress, budget burn, and resourcing needs. Liaise with finance, operations and legal teams on key internal and client process requirements. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or entrepreneurial street cred and 4-6 years of post-college project management experience, strong relationship-building and communication skills, and a solid understanding of agency processes including strategy, creative ideation, content development, production, and media.
