Project Manager

Oversee all aspects of project delivery, from planning and implementation to monitoring and evaluation, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet stakeholder expectations. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; create detailed timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans; and break down projects into manageable tasks with clear deadlines. Lead teams by motivating and guiding members to achieve goals while facilitating communication, resolving conflicts, and managing expectations. Track progress against planned timelines, identify and mitigate risks, manage expenses, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards. Maintain accurate documentation, utilize project management software, and identify areas for process improvement. Requires a graduate degree in computer science or relevant streams and strong project management skills.
