Job Summary
Coordinate the company's service delivery, products, and service implementations while serving as the primary point of contact for customers, the sales team, and subvendors on service delivery issues. Plan projects to meet Request for Service dates, organize kickoffs, and coordinate meetings to maintain regular status reports. Develop test and service acceptance criteria, partner with Headquarters and Provincial PTTs for provisioning updates, and utilize existing IT platforms like BOSS and CRM to maintain inventory. Engage with all subvendors to ensure timely service deliveries and inform stakeholders of project updates. Fluency in Mandarin is required.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in logistics, supply chain management, information systems, operations management, or a similar technical or business field
- two years of experience in project management in the telecommunications, internet, or a similar technology industry
- Experience with analytical, database, and presentation software
- Functional knowledge of private circuits, such as PLC or EPL, and general IP products and services, such as IP Access, MPLS, VPN, or IT security for enterprise
- Fluency in Mandarin
