Job Summary
Manage industrial equipment projects from order intake to final completion, coordinating with Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Quality teams while acting as the primary communication window for customers, factories, and suppliers. Monitor project schedules, costs, delivery status, and documentation, then follow up on manufacturing progress and shipment arrangements with overseas suppliers and forwarders. Organize internal and external meetings to provide regular status updates, review technical and commercial requirements, and support FAT/SAT, site activities, and commissioning when needed. Handle project risks, customer issues, and change management to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and company procedures. This role is based in Taipei, Taiwan, for a global leader in air and gas handling solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience
- Fluent in Mandarin
- Workable English communication skills
