Job Summary
Project Manager role in Charlotte focusing on planning, scheduling, and tracking product and operational projects through initiation to completion. Collaborates with cross-functional teams across product development, marketing, supply chain, and sales to meet milestones. Maintains detailed project documentation, communicates updates, risks, and blockers to senior managers and stakeholders, and supports vendor relationships for product launches and campaigns. Coordinates product development reviews, sample tracking, and go-to-market readiness checks; contributes to process improvements for efficiency and visibility; prepares presentations and reports for leadership and external partners; provides administrative project support including scheduling, resource tracking, and budget monitoring.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field preferred)
- 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing, product development, or R&D environments (internships included)
- Exposure to engineering-driven product development processes, including design reviews, validation, and production readiness
- Experience collaborating with or supporting international / overseas teams (e.g., Europe, Asia), preferably in manufacturing or R&D settings
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
