Job Summary
Lead delivery and implementation of Channels-related initiatives across Retail Banking, managing cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between project outcomes and business objectives. Own stakeholder engagement with senior leadership, operations, and technology teams while tracking and reporting delivery progress using Jira. Support global, multi-market delivery coordination where applicable. Requires 12+ years of delivery management experience with mandatory 5 years in BFSI, specifically Retail banking and Channels. Immediate joiners preferred; notice period up to 30 days maximum. Based in India delivery locations, with a preference for Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Chennai.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of overall delivery management experience
- Minimum 5 years of recent BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) experience
- Immediate joiners
- Notice period of up to 30 days maximum
- Strong background in Retail banking
- Strong background in Channels
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Ability to align project outcomes with business objectives
- Strong stakeholder management skills
