Job Summary
Develop and oversee the discovery process for large renovation projects, creating proposals that include scope of work, product selection, pricing, budgets, timelines, and unit walkthrough counts. Submit requests to the renovations department through pipedrive™, present proposals to customers, and communicate win/loss outcomes based on pipeline procedures. Obtain final documents such as the MPR form, signed unit walkthroughs, and credit applications while working fluidly with the Renovation Department on job set up, inventory control, and job management. Monitor project progress and credit/receivables status to ensure customers pay according to terms. This role requires regional travel, overnight work as needed, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma of GED
- Regional travel
- Overnight work
- Excellent written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Able to handle multiple projects concurrently
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other business applications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Able to identify key barriers/core problems and apply problem-solving skills to creatively resolve any issues that arise
- Able to make decisions under conditions of uncertainty, sometimes with incomplete information, that produce effective end results
