Job Summary
Lead the full life cycle for mission-critical projects of varying complexity, including planning, analysis, organization, implementation, and management. Drive delivery within the Enterprise Change Office by creating and supervising deliverables such as project plans, scope definitions, cost estimates, resource plans, governance structures, and dependencies. Maximize value by ensuring connection to overall business strategy throughout all phases from planning to post-launch. Synthesize complex information into simplified speaking points to present compelling solutions to large audiences and align multiple stakeholders, including senior leadership. Analyze financials, cost/benefit, and business cases while acting as a strategic partner to shape solutions through changes in strategy, organization, and technology.
