Job Summary
The Project Manager will plan, execute, and deliver projects according to strict deadlines and within budget while acquiring resources and coordinating efforts of team members. Responsibilities include defining project objectives, overseeing quality control, and managing invoicing and accounts receivable. The position entails client communication throughout all project phases, preparing proposals, managing project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation, ensuring technical quality and adherence to applicable standards, leading project meetings, and supporting business development efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience directly managing projects in a design and construction related field or 10 years of related experience
Desired Qualifications
- Professional Licensure (RA, PE, PS, RLA)
- PMP certification
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Suite products, Deltek, and Newforma
