Job Summary
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects to ensure timely completion, within scope, and on budget. Collaborates with operations, clients, and internal teams; develops project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. Monitors project progress, tracks milestones, manages risks, communicates financial performance, and ensures compliance with standards and regulations. Participates in on-call rotations and maintains accurate project records.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of project management experience in construction, fire protection, or technical service industries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Desired Qualifications
- PMP or equivalent certification
- Knowledge of NFPA and IEC standards
- Knowledge of Underwriter’s requirements and applicable building codes
- Experience with project management software (MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent)
- Experience with ERP systems
