Job Summary
Project Manager, Central Project Operations (CPO) at Hinge Health drives cross-functional operational initiatives across Product, Engineering, and Operations. Responsible for coordinating complex end-to-end initiatives from concept through execution, including vendor implementations, tooling migrations, care-model rollouts, and AI-automation opportunities. Key focus areas include developing project charters, RAID/change logs, stakeholder maps, and dashboards; coordinating training, SOP updates, and change management; and delivering multiple concurrent projects that improve operational efficiency and scale for MSK care programs. Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years of PM or cross-functional ops experience, strong stakeholder management, familiarity with AI productivity tools, and proficiency with Google Sheets and PM software. A healthcare/health-tech background and PM certifications are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of project management or cross-functional operations experience
- Ability to own end-to-end project delivery—scoping, planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, and project closure
- Experience driving operational readiness activities — including SOP development, training coordination, and change management
- Experience working with AI-powered productivity tools (e.g., Glean, Claude Code) to automate workflows
- Proficiency with Google Sheets and project management tools (Asana, Smartsheet, or similar) to track performance and build dashboards
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to influence and lead through collaboration in matrixed, cross-functional environments
