Job Summary
Lead and coordinate central laboratory activities across clinical trial programs by overseeing study initiation, translating protocols into accurate databases, and managing process documents with version controls. Serve as chief liaison to sponsors and internal departments, ensuring compliance with FDA and GCP guidelines while facilitating technical information flow to stakeholders. Mentor Project Managers and Set-up Administrators through training, procedural document authoring, and workflow guidance. Actively consult with IT and finance groups on software validation, budget feasibility, and proposal responses. Fully remote within the US; no sponsorship available.
Required Qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, which includes a drug screening
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
- Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2+ years') or equivalent combination of education, training, & experience
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
- Superior time management, planning, and organizational skills
- Competent with specific computers and enterprise applications, including office productivity
- Ability to program the IT system according to protocol requirements
- Proven analytical skills
- Demonstrated compliance with procedures and policies
- Ability to perform multiple tasks effectively in a stressful environment
- Extensive knowledge and experience in Project Management in Global Central Lab environment
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Ability to work effectively with multi-level teams
- May require travel
