Job Summary
Project Manager to lead construction projects in the Central Coast area, overseeing engineering and scheduling activities, managing field teams, coordinating with the Division Manager and Estimator, maintaining project objectives, handling contract documentation with owners and subcontractors, supervising budgets, forecasts and change orders, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery while adhering to safety, quality, and minority obligations, and driving project standards through proactive planning, risk management and effective communication with owner representatives and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and related experience
