Job Summary
Project Manager at the Center for Christian Virtue acts as the primary operation liaison between the Senior Fellow of Strategic Initiatives and participating pro-life and pro-family organizations. Responsible for implementing strategy and ensuring high-level advocacy is supported by disciplined project management and coordinated grassroots activity. Key duties include scheduling, organizing, and documenting coalition-wide meetings; managing grassroots advocacy campaigns (by mail, digital activism, and phone-banking); drafting formal correspondence and directives for coalition stakeholders; overseeing bulk communications through the CRM; assisting in strategic planning and opportunity/risk assessment; maintaining meticulous records and campaign metrics; and performing other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, non-profit management, or grassroots advocacy
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Hyper-organized with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines
- Proficiency with Voter Voice system, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and comfortable using AI in everyday tasks
- Agreement with and adherence to CCV’s Mission/Code of Conduct or related statements
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
