Lead regional Construction Engineering Inspection teams on Department of Transportation and municipal projects, guiding staff through execution, documentation, and final acceptance of roadway, bridge, and infrastructure work. Ensure adherence to contract documents, budgets, and schedules via sound document controls, internal quality assurance, and monthly CPM schedule reviews. Direct communication with owner representatives and contractors to strategize complex operations and resolve challenges while implementing corporate procedures. Manage administrative staff for final estimate submissions and collaborate with regional and corporate leadership to identify profitable projects. Perform monthly schedule approvals and maintain all project processes per contract requirements.
