Job Summary
Project Manager at Cedar & Sage Development responsible for managing multifamily and single-family residential construction projects from inception to completion, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control. Leads coordination with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. Requires extensive experience in construction management, strong budgeting/scheduling skills, ability to oversee site activities and permits, and effective communication across stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations specific to multifamily projects
- Excellent project management skills including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate project teams
- OSHA 10 and 30 hour training
- CPR and First Aid Certified
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
