Job Summary
Project Manager at Cedar and Sage Development responsible for managing multifamily and single-family residential construction projects from inception to completion, including overseeing project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. Will work closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver projects that meet or exceed client expectations. Duties include coordinating with architects, engineers, and professionals; ensuring compliance with regulations; obtaining permits; managing budgets and change orders; maintaining schedules; serving as primary client liaison; driving safety and quality through site inspections; and leading project teams to successful project close-out.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations specific to multifamily projects
- Excellent project management skills including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate project teams
- OSHA 10 and 30 hour training
- CPR and First Aid Certified
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Physical ability to navigate construction sites and perform site inspections
- Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment as needed
- Occasional evening and weekend work may be required to meet project deadlines
