Project Manager (Cebu)

Project Manager role responsible for owning a portfolio of customer projects in the APAC region and beyond, including new customer implementations and customer renewals. You will plan, implement, and track projects using our project methodology, maintain detailed project plans, manage issues and risks, produce clear project documents, and deliver presentations to senior customer representatives and stakeholders. Build trusted advisor relationships with senior customers and internal executives across multiple clients. Requirements include proven project management experience with at least one PM methodology (PMI, PMP, Prince2), experience delivering multiple projects concurrently, experience with system integrations (ideally HR/payroll), and familiarity with project management tools (projectmanager.com, MS Project). Preference for experience in Employee Benefits, HRIS, Payroll, HR Tech, and global projects.
