Job Summary
Oversee planning, implementation, and tracking of customer-based projects across aluminum, Division 8, Division 10, and Division 28 divisions. Define project scope and objectives, develop detailed plans, and manage changes to schedule and costs using verification techniques. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget while maintaining quality control and safety standards. Coordinate site meetings, perform routine inspections, and manage relationships with internal teams, customers, vendors, and stakeholders. Report incidents to management and complete comprehensive project documentation and close-out activities. Requires strong communication skills, mathematical proficiency, and ability to handle multiple projects. Salary range $60,000–$75,000.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid US driver's license
- At least 1-3 years of experience in relevant industries (e.g., construction, Division 8, Division 10, aluminum storefront)
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Professional, Outlook, and web-based applications
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build strong working relationships at all levels, internal and external
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to handle multiple projects
- Detail-oriented with strong mathematical skills
- Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education/experience preferred (specific to industry standards)
