Job Summary
Plan, manage, and close multiple IT projects and initiatives while serving as the single point of contact for customers. Facilitate stakeholder relationships, own governance processes, and communicate project status through regular meetings and updates. Maintain project schedules, costs, and scope while identifying risks and developing mitigation plans. Provide accurate documentation including status reports, project plans, and diagrams. Manage project financial health and report within the Project Management Office. Adapt to a fast-paced environment using business judgment to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- CAPM or PMP certification
- Three years of project management experience
- At least two years managing IT projects
- Experience working with waterfall methodology
- Strong understanding of project phases
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure
- Knowledge of IT business solutions
- Demonstrated record of executing successful IT Infrastructure projects on-time and on-budget
- Ability to follow standards as outlined in the cb20 Company Manual
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to use business judgement
- Strong understanding of project management principles
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Proficiency in Excel
- Proficiency in PowerPoint
- Proficiency in Outlook
- Proficiency in MS Project
- Proficiency in Smartsheet
- 40 hours/week
