Job Summary
Lead end-to-end IT/cloud projects using Agile methodologies (PMO and CPM focus) with minimal supervision. Develop detailed project plans (scope, timelines, resources, budgets) and manage SOW scope, negotiations, and risk. Drive schedules and budgets while maintaining client trust through reliable delivery, proactive communication, and executive-level stakeholder management. Facilitate backlog creation, define acceptance criteria, and use Jira/Confluence to track progress. Ensure compliance with PSA health reporting, status updates, sprint reviews, and risk/issue management. Collaborate with Delivery to surface future opportunities, observe team performance for client value, and contribute to CPM initiatives. Requirements include 5+ years PM experience, 3+ years in client-facing roles, 2+ years in consulting/professional services, managing $500k+ projects with 5+ team members, CSM, and strong forecasting/budget skills. Preferred: AWS experience, infrastructure modernization, data engineering, Jira/Confluence familiarity, and willingness to obtain AWS Practitioner certification. This is a 100% remote role with up to 25% travel and no visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional project management experience
- At least 3 years in a client-facing Project Manager role
- 2+ years in a consulting or professional services environment
- Experience managing projects over $500,000 with teams of 5+
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
- Ability to leverage multiple Project Management methodologies and/or approaches
- Experience in forecasting and budget management to drive revenue projections
- Exceptional organizational and multi-project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with client relationships
- Ability to interact with clients at business and technical levels
