Job Summary
Project Manager Category Management to drive governance, category planning, lifecycle management, and cross-functional collaboration across Kramp's Category & Buying teams. You will lead initiatives to define, set up, and implement end-to-end processes that enhance governance, improve category plans, and drive adoption of best practices. The role emphasizes changing management, tools deployment, capability building, and knowledge sharing to enable teams to work smarter and deliver greater impact. The team operates with an international scope and is based in Varsseveld (NL) with weekly in-office presence in Utrecht or Leek under a hybrid policy of 2–3 office days per week. You will partner with supply chain, finance, and data teams to drive end-to-end alignment, with a focus on product lifecycle management, sourcing strategy, and process governance, delivering standardized, scalable practices across Kramp Group.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of working experience
- Proven experience in project or program management, ideally within a commercial, buying, or category management environment
- Strong Strategic Execution skills
- Excellent Stakeholder Engagement skills
- Continuous Improvement mindset
