Job Summary
Manage project workflow flawlessly by planning, resourcing, scoping, and advancing production while holding everything on plan, cadence, and the record. Maintain forensic organisation to keep complex projects on time and budget, ensuring accurate tracking of resources, print management, and risk/H&S compliance. Provide accurate, timely client communication and reporting as the dependable centre the team relies on. This role serves as the operational spine for large, account-based live projects within a global experience agency that delivers big ideas for clients including UEFA, Williams F1, and Mastercard.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years running project operations in events, experience, or comparable delivery
- Has held the operational roles on large or account-based live projects
- Fluent in scheduling, resourcing, print management, and risk / H&S
- Keeps complex projects on plan, on cadence, and fully documented
- Tracks budget, holding the project to time and return
- Accurate, timely client communication and reporting
- The dependable centre the project team relies on
