Job Summary
Oversee subcontractors at the site, conduct inspections, and ensure quality control meets company regulations. Manage all aspects of the project life cycle, ensuring each stage adheres to timelines and contract compliance. Establish and maintain professional relationships with the project team to ensure safe, profitable, and timely project completion. Provide leadership and assist with special assignments as needed. Requires prior construction project management experience, blueprint reading skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Includes overnight travel. Full-time role with health, dental, and vision plans available after 30 days, plus 401(k) matching and vacation time.
Required Qualifications
- Prior project management experience in the construction environment
- Ability to read blueprints, architectural and other construction drawings
- Strong organizational skills and excellent communication skills
- Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and handle high pressure situations
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Overnight travel
