Job Summary
Oversee subcontractors on-site, conducting inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with company regulations. Manage the full project life cycle, verifying that each stage meets timeline and contract requirements. Establish and maintain professional relationships with the project team to ensure safe, profitable, and timely project completion. Provide leadership and handle high-pressure situations while analyzing and troubleshooting issues. Requires prior construction project management experience, blueprint reading skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Includes overnight travel. Required Qualifications
- Prior project management experience in the construction environment
- Ability to read blueprints, architectural and other construction drawings
- Strong organizational skills and excellent communication skills
- Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and handle high pressure situations
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Overnight travel
- A strong belief in the mission and goals of the company
